Standard Equipment Introduction
Machine introduction: This machine is used to test the LED light
source board, with a visual detection of the number of lamp bead
lights, detect the power of the DOB to set the upper and lower
power value judgment, can realize a test of 5,4..., dual Y-axis
without clearance operation.
Equipment work requirements
1. Working environment temperature is 0~50℃.

1. Can test the input end, AC power, up to seven test together.
2. The equipment can manually switch between AC and DC input power

4. Different test procedures can be set according to different PCB

Product details
Function Introduction /Power detection
The tested power value can be set to the upper and lower limits to
determine whether the electrical parameter (power) of the product
is qualified. If unqualified the defective marker will be marked on
the product.
Bad product mark
The mark when the defective product is automatically marked.
The machine automatically records the qualified number and the
unqualified quantity, and considerable checks the daily production
situation.
Station with automatic cycle test, can be left and right two
stations alternately into the product cycle test, flexible
operation, improve efficiency.
Applications:
1.As shown in the right picture, DOB light source products, pure
lamp bead products, products withelectronic components, two-color
and three-color lighting products, the test point for the terminal
products can be tested.
2.The red long frame marks a test and a row of seven small panels
tested together and can only be up to seven horizontal tests, less
than seven can be set, bad products can be distinguished and
marked.
